The Challenge (Problem Statement)
The heavy vehicle industry lacked a unified digital platform for trading, financing, insurance, and maintenance services, leading to fragmented processes and inefficient transactions.
My Development Journey
Developed using Flutter for cross-platform compatibility, integrated multiple payment gateways, real-time auction systems, advanced search filters, and secure transaction processing while ensuring scalability for thousands of concurrent users.
Struggles & Solutions
Handling real-time auction bidding with thousands of users required implementing efficient WebSocket connections, Redis caching, and optimized database queries. Payment integration across multiple gateways was streamlined with a unified payment orchestrator.
Design Thinking & Process
User-centric design focusing on truck drivers, fleet owners, and dealers with intuitive navigation, regional language support, offline capabilities for areas with poor connectivity, and simplified transaction flows.
My Approach
Built with Flutter for mobile, Node.js backend with microservices architecture, real-time notifications, integrated payment systems, auction engine, KYC verification, and comprehensive admin dashboard for business operations.
